In the course of providing our interior design services we collect or receive your personal information in a few different ways. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information from you, to use and for us to provide you the service you require.

We require this information for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping, for invoicing and contact during a project.
- Arrangements for deliveries and trades people.
- Keeping in touch via email and with news.
Messages from Penman Interiors Ltd:
On occasion,Penman Interiors Ltd may need to contact you. Primarily, these messages are directly project/enquiry related delivered by telephone, email, SMS or Whatsapp. Additionally, and with your consent, Penman Interiors Ltd may send you an electronic newsletter to provide you with information about news, products, promotions and features that you may find of interest. We may also contact you by mail.
Controlling your personal information:
When you subscribe to a newsletter and provide us with your email address, you receive notice of and agree to receive marketing emails and messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time from marketing emails/messages through the opt-out link included in marketing emails or messages.

- At the end of a project we will retain your email address/phone number/postal address, in our contacts, in case we need to contact you further in the future. Also to keep you in touch with Penman Interiors Ltd news.
