Camberwell Grove [1]
A four bedroom townhouse in Camberwell, London. Penman Interiors were asked to produce high end hotel feel, luxurious and calm spaces, within the master bedroom and living room, for this busy young family.
The home was newly built 10 years ago, so lacked any interesting features. We worked closely with the clients to create, highly bespoke, exquisite joinery storage, a headboard wall structure and media solutions in both rooms. Together these added significant value in the look, feel and enjoyment of the spaces.

The design brief allowed us to take references from the art in the living room, which were to stay, along with the very large existing sofa. Whilst in the master bedroom, the clients had a passion for a delicate Fromental wallpaper, that we used to great effect within the headboard treatment. With this in mind, we developed a tranquil and calm atmosphere, using soft, warm neutrals with limited use of colour, borrowed from the beautiful wallpaper.

We have worked with Nichola over the past year for our family home and really enjoyed working with her. We made significant changes to our Living room and the Master bedroom with lots of bespoke pieces (from joinery, cushion to the rug), she has used her creative skills, taking into account our requirements and designed a beautiful home for us.
