St George’s Heights

A new build ‘show home’ design project for William George Homes in Esher. The two bedroom, two bathroom property was required to appeal to potential buyers, targeted at empty nesters.

We created a neutral, yet rich and luxurious scheme, designed to create a desirable living space that buyers could imagine living in. Penman Interiors procured all furniture, furnishings, accessories and artwork.

Penman Interiors Esher New Build Kitchen Modern Styling

We instructed Nichola at Penman Interiors, to design one of our new, two bed apartments at St George’s Heights, Esher, as a show home for prospective buyers. The apartment needed to demonstrate the optimum layout for furniture arrangement and sell a potential lifestyle to our target buyer. Nichola answered this brief admirably and we were very happy with each room she designed, in terms of furniture style, quality and colours. Delivery and installation was on time and managed well.
